These seeds are carefully spaced in biodegradable paper to allow even spacing and virtually eliminate the need for thinning. Coriander is an essential ingredient for Thai and Indian dishes. It also makes a delightful addition to soups and salads.

Recipe Tip: Use the fresh leaves and stalks as cilantro. Mature flowers will produce coriander seeds that can be dried and ground, perfect for flavouring cooked dishes.

Product Specifications
How To Grow Simply fill a 9cm (3 ½”) round pot with soil mix leaving a 1.5cm (1/2”) gap from the top of the pot for easy watering later on. Place the mat on the soil and firm down gently. Cover with a fine layer of soil, water well. Place in a warm position, a temperature of 15-20°C is ideal. Keep moist. Plants can then be grown on a sunny windowsill or patio. Grow all year round indoors in good natural light – a north facing windowsill is perfect.

Important Note These seeds may be treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL), do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. Fungicide treatment is an AQIS requirement for certain varieties of seeds. It does not affect your crops or harm insects such as bees. If your packet has been treated it will be well marked with a warning and the seeds will be dyed a distinct colour.
