Information on how to enter and the giveaway forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter of this promotion is Mr Fothergill’s Seeds NZ Ltd. Victoria Street West. NZBN 94209041503515
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
The competition starts on August 1st, 2026 and closes at 11:59PM NZST, Sunday, September 6th, 2026.
Prize pool consists of 5 x 'A Years Worth of Seeds' Prize Packs valued at over $150 each.
There is only one prize pack to be won per winner, worth the shown price above.
Eligible customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for every qualifying purchase made from the Father's Day Collection during the promotional period.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
Winners will be drawn at random before Friday September 11th. Winners will be contacted via email. The Winners may be announced on the promoter’s website and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram - only stating the winners’ first name and suburb.
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries based on their own discretion. Entries may be disqualified if the entrant is deemed to be cheating or have an unfair advantage.
The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to NZ legislation.
The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.
The Promoter has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
