Spanish onions are known for their mild flavour, large bulbs sweet enough to eat raw, grill or sauté gently to retain the delicate flavour, high yielding, low maintenance variety.

How To Grow

Sow 5mm (¼”) deep, in rows 30cm (12”) apart. Cover with fine soil and keep moist. Thin seedlings early to 2cm (1”) and later to 10cm (4”) apart. Prepare the soil well by adding organic material and a pre-planting fertiliser. Seedlings emerge 10-14 days.
